Most landscapers buy their stone from a supply yard and pass the markup on to you. We are the supply yard. The flagstone in your patio was sitting on our lot on Nandina Ave, and the crew that loaded it is the crew that sets it.
That means you can see and touch the material before you commit, the schedule does not depend on somebody else’s delivery truck, and the price you are quoted is the price of the rock, not the rock plus a middleman.
What you get
Stone, boulders, DG, soil and mulch come off our own pallets at 17834 Nandina Ave. No supplier markup, and no waiting on somebody else’s delivery window.
Walk the yard with us before the job starts and choose the exact flagstone, boulder or veneer that goes in your patio. What you see loaded is what gets installed.
Full sun, hardpan clay, water restrictions and Santa Ana wind. We choose material and plants for that — not for a catalogue photographed somewhere greener.
Compacted sub-base, proper fall for drainage, real joints and edge restraint. It is the difference between a patio that stays put and one that moves.
The person who walks your yard and writes the bid is the person on site. You never get handed off to a call centre.
